eCard Processing Made Simple

eCards are processed within 24–72 hours after your class is completed and all required documentation has been submitted. Please allow up to 3 full business days before checking on your eCard status.

If your eCard hasn’t arrived after 72 hours, simply email AngelaSeay@LETIworks.com with:

• Your full name

• Class date

• Course type

• ​

Instructor Alignment Reminder

To keep everything running smoothly, please remember to upload all completed course paperwork through Enrollware:

• BLS & Heartsaver: Skills checklist and BLS exam (BLS classes only)

• ACLS: Skills checklist and scenario documentation

Friendly Reminder

• eCards are released within 24–72 hours once all paperwork is submitted.

• Please be sure to allocate all eCards after each class.

• Unallocated eCards may delay your ability to purchase additional cards.
